India vs Pakistan 2nd One Day Match Live Streaming

India plays Pakistan in the 2nd ODI at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Pakistan is in the driver’s seat with one win in this ODI series. Notably Pakistan has defeated India four times at the Eden Gardens. So if they make it for the fifth time, they would also win the trophy and the third ODI at Delhi would mere be a formality. A win here for India will keep the series alive.

MS Dhoni played a memorable innings scoring 113 runs when Indian innings was dismantled at 29 for 5. Raina supported him pretty well followed by a good partnership with Ashwin as well. A similar innings was played by Pakistan’s Nasir Jamshed who also scored a century. India fell short of twenty odd runs. Pakistan won the match with 11 balls remaining.

We have seen good bowling from both the sides. Bowlers are making maximum use of swing friendly conditions. We have also seen bowlers making optimum use of allowed bouncers and also slow deliveries. It is always good to see bowlers troubling batsmen in a game which is merely a batsmen’s game nowadays.

The Eden Gardens pitch and conditions will support seamers as well as the spinners to a small extent. The pitch tests patience of the batsmen. The openers from both the teams will have to settle down first and then capitalise on it later. We can certainly expect another tight finish here between India and Pakistan.
