Indian fans would be on their feats if India could make it 4-0 against Australia. This won’t be the first white wash victory though because India did win 3-0 against England in the 90s. But a 4-0 win will be the first of its kind in India’s 80 plus years of test history.

Shikhar Dhawan, the hero in the last match; is ruled out due to injury and he is replaced by Suresh Raina in the squad. It still stays a question, who would play instead of Dhawan. Will Rahane open with Murali or will Raina sneak in the middle order thus shifting Pujara to the opening slot?

Michael Clarke looks doubtful for the test match due to an injury. The dropped vice captain Watson returns to India and he might lead the team if Clarke isn’t available to play. Australia needs to pull their socks really high if they have to compete this strong Indian team.

Time for another enthralling test match between two cricket super powers India and Australia. India is enjoying a big lead of 2-0 in this four test match series. India might be serving dreams of beating Australia 4-0 and take a revenge of a whitewash they suffered in Australia last year. Pitch at Mohali will offer some bounce and hence the conditions would be cherished by Harbhajan and Ashwin. Batting second would be a better option here as per the recent win records and also batting in the first two sessions on day one may be difficult due to early help the pitch may provide to the fast bowlers.

Hopefully for the Indian cricket fans, this doesn’t turn out to be a repeat of last test series. India is 1-0 ahead against Australia and taking them in 2nd test match at Hyderabad. Ashwin is one of the quickest bowlers to reach 75 wickets in test cricket. He was brilliant with his bowling and he made the optimum use of spin friendly wicket at Chennai. He loves bowling on wickets which offers bounce alongwith turn. So hopefully he gets another wicket of his choice at Hyderabad.

Indian cricket fans are relieved to see team India winning a series after a long time. India are already up 3-1 in this 5 ODI series and will play the 5th ODI against England with the series already in their pockets. Virat Kohli regained his form whereas completely out of form Rohit Sharma was experimented for the opening slot and he smashed a nice 83 runs in the fourth ODI. Suresh Raina and Yuvraj have done a good consistent job. Dhoni is in exceptional form and he builds a strong lower middle order.

England won the test series against India but failed to make a mark in the limited overs’ version. Captain Cook would aim a win here at Dharamsala  to fly back home with something to cheer about. We may see couple of changes in the England team today. Similar strategy can be expected from Dhoni who may bring in Pujara in place of Gambhir and Dinda in place of Ishant. But this is not sure and let us wait and watch what are the strategy of both the teams.
